ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a Claims Representative, which gave me valuable insight into helping customers through important moments in their lives.

I graduated Cum Laude from Towson University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I’m a lifelong Maryland resident and proud mother of two daughters. Service and commitment are values that strongly influence both my personal and professional life. I’m passionate about giving back to the community and support organizations such as Toys for Tots and local food banks.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jennifer Smigal - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
